As I held my baby tonight and fed her and rocked to sleep, my heart was filled with praise for My Precious Heavenly Father. He has taught me what seems like a lifetime's worth of wisdom and understanding through my sweet 5 1/2 month old!
The Lord has taught me ...
about my priorites ... it all began with my morning sickness - What is Wrong With Me???
about My Mission of Motherhood and to stay focused on that, to not turn to the left or the right ... that I have a High Calling
about the need for good soil (hence the title of this blog), and that There Must Be Hoeing if the Sowing is to Result in Growing
about the further need for organization and correct priorities in my life in order to have Heather's House of Harmony (and not to have Heather's House of Hostility and Hullabaloo!) and to answer "No" to the question, "Did Your Laundry Double?"
that there is no such thing as a perfect mom!
that I need to cultivate my inner beauty ... more priority setting here!
Hmmmmm ... looks like a theme over the past year doesn't it - PRIORITIES!
As I rocked my sweet 5 1/2 month old I worshipped our wonderful God and praised His name because His ways are wonderful and I know that full well!
