New NW Band

Josh here,

I just thought I should give a little opening for our blog.

The rest of the band will put in entries also, so don't worry, I won't be the only one adding stuff. I mean c'mon who want's to hear from me?!?!?!?! lol

Ok, so I'll give you guys some info on our band.

Josh Westbrook (that would be me! lol): Acoustic Guitar/Electric Guitar/Vocals

Savannah St. John: Bass/Vocals

Sierra St. John: Keys//Vocals

Caylin Floyd: Electric Guitar/Acoustic Guitar

Aaron Bryant: Drums/Percussion

We are all homeschooled... DUH! lol. And all of us go to FS (Friday School).

Oh, I have an announcement! Ok. Saturday, April 12th, at 7:00 there is a concert at Crossroads Community Church. I would highly recommend going to that. Pillar, Wavorly, Brooke Barrettsmith, and MAnic Drive will be performing! Exciting! Yeah, so go to it! The ticket prices are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. I hope you guys can go, it will be fun. And those are great bands. :D

Ok, before I go, I want to give you guys a verse to think about.

1 John 3:16

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for one another.

I think this verse is very important to read over every now and then, and focus on what sacrifice means and what true love is, not the world's love, but God's love.
