Cold front in Florida

Wow!  We are at 50 degrees now, and expected to have temp of only 26 degrees tonight.  That is probably a record low for us in South FL.  I just pray that the orange groves around us don't suffer.  It's weird because it was in the 80's almost all week.

We had some guests this week, and had a good time.  I am just sad that it had to end way to soon.

Have a great day!

I've been wearing a sweat shirt all day today and every blanket and towel we have handy are covering all our plants. LOL.

I told my DH as he was covering the plants last night
" Hey, this beats shoveling snow any day" :-)

Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day. Hopefully all the orange trees make through the cool weather. My Papa had orange trees in his backyard. I can't bare to think of any getting ruined. We can't even dream of growing them up here unless we really wanted them indoors. God bless.

We are having warm weather today. My 10yold DD said spring must be around the corner.

We had such strange weather last year here in east TN. A late Frost, a drought, even this winter is proving to be strange.

BTW the kids know I am no longer sick and have been back to their "normal" behavior. It was nice while it lasted :)
