Deciding whether or not to continue....
Well, I would love some input. We are considering putting our child in public school. I really don't believe in it, but I don't have many other options. His behavior is difficult and our family is suffering. My husband thinks that it would help him improve. If you have an opinion, please comment. He is 8, and has always been homeschooled. I believe this attempt will be a flop. What do you think?

about leaving advice. But I will say..
TAKE IT TO PRAYER!
Is this a issue of strict discipline that is needed and you all are just to tired to do it? Or maybe it's an actual mental/physical thing? Diet.. does he eat a lot of sugar, allergies?
I'm not in your shoes, so in NO WAY will I judge you. I will pray for you.
Sometimes the enemy makes us think we just can't do it. He tell us we're tired, we just can't do it anymore.
But what is sending him, most likely, to be under non-christians, in a non-Christian enviroment going to do to HELP him? It's like sending a young man to be under Caesars rule and then being surprise when they come out acting like a Roman.
This time of year is when the Enemy is really at work. You are doing something that he does NOT want you to succeed at. Raising your boy in your care and loving enviroment.
I will pray dear sister.
Don't give up. Don't give in.
It may take nights of crying into your pillow or days that seemed you did nothing but disciplined all day. But you can do it in Jesus name and power. Your son is worth it. His eternal life is worth it. Go after his heart. Search what the heart of all the anger/behavior things are.
May God direct your paths as you seek His face.

I would recommend Michael and Debi Pearl's No Greater Joy Ministry. They have written a lot about family relationships with a biblical backing and some of what I have read from them, when I apply it, has changed our family's life.
