Here is an overview of what happened this past week:

Lucy's blood work came back fine, although the Vet said she was one sick dog, when we brought her in!  We may never know the reason why any of this happened. But are so greatful she is fine.

I decided on paint color  for the living room...it's called prairie grass and another color...olive green.  It's 3/4 of the way done...that Brad sure knows how to dance with the paint roller!

A blah week homeschooling...although the highlight has been making another lapbook for Tommie's Book Report Class, for the book "Little Pear,"  and the restaurant design and layout, for my DD class.

Michigan History Class...our third one was Tuesday night.

TOMMIE TURNED 9 ON THURSDAY!  My friend Brandi made him a birthday cake CHOCOLATE WITH PUDDING and brought it in to scouts at our meeting on Thursday....even had candles!  (Thanks Brandi..you made his day!)  We went to Applebee's for lunch with my mom and Aunt Janet, to celebrate and the night before out for spaghetti with my in-laws.

Pinewood Derby is tomorrow, and Brad has been feverishly working on gettting "his" car just perfect...that is...when he's not dancing with the paint roller!
