It's Christmas time!

Christmas time is so busy. We've had two concerts and my piano recital as well as going to my friend MIriam's voice concert. She had a beautiful solo with the highschool choir, it was an awesome concert. We also had another orchestra concert we went to as well as our annual church play which I got play music in =) I don't have any pictures from that because they all came out blurry.

Here's a picture of the Messiah concert. I'm all the way at the back of the violin section on the outside ;-)
This was a really fun concert, it was in the highschool auditorium, which was big. A lot of my friends came to it =)

Excerpts from Live Out Loud by Steven Curtis Chapman

...Well, I've been given more than Regis ever gave away
I was a dead man who was called to come out of my grave
I think it's time for makin' some noise

~~~
Wake the neighbors!
Get the word out
Come on, crank up the music, climb a mountain and shout
This is life we've been given, made to be lived out
So, la, la, la, la, live out loud
~~~

Every corner of creation is a living declaration
Come join the song we were made to sing

~~~
Wake the neighbors
Get the word out
Come on, crank up the music, climb a mountain and shout
This is life we've been given, made to be lived out
So, la, la, la, la, live out loud
12 Year Old Blogger
On the 12th, I recently had a birthday.
I am really sorry I haven't blogged in so long, but I don't think I can really think of any better excuse other than the fact that things have been a little busy lately, particularly a week or two ago.
For one, on Friday, it was possible that the weather would, unfortunately, show to ice on the next day, Saturday (my birthday, the 12th).
Had we known this earlier, we probably would've had my birthday on Friday.
I was pretty depressed that day (okay, I don't really like the word "Depressed", so I think I'll just go with "Melancholy")—no one might be able to make-it for my birthday. :(
They said that it would probably clear-up by Sunday (the day I would have my Piano Recital [Oh, and Levi, too—it would be his first one :)]), but I was still pretty upset.
Luckily, it turned-out Visa Versa—Saturday was fine, and I had a great birthday, while Sunday had some ice (luckily, we managed to get to our Recital, too :D).
When I can get a hold of the video, I will show you our (Meaning Levi and I) recital. :)
P.S: Oh! I almost forgot! Today, Mummy made me a new e-mail (I haven't had one for a long time)! :)
EXCITEMENT!
Hey! I have some really exciting [and a little bit sad] news!!!
So I woke up yesterday morning and mom talk me they were expecting 1-3 inches of snow. I was excitied because Lynnie and her sisters were supposed to come over and carol and its really fun to carol in the snow! Anyway... This morning when I got up I was told that we are now expecting 3 inches today, A FOOT overnight and 3 more inches tomorrow!!!!!! The only bad thing is that, since its snowing so much, Lynnie and her family can't come over... =( But the snow is great and I think I'm going to go out in it soon! Dad says we have about 3 inches now so we may get more!!!! WAHOO!!!
;-)Syd
One More Week Until CHRISTmas Day!
Hi hi hi! I hope ya'll are having a simply wonderfultasticifying December. It is so strange to think that Christmas is only a week away! Can ya'll keep a secret? *whispers* I haven't finished all of my Christmas shopping. I still need to get my mom's and uncle's, but at least I KNOW what I'm going to get them.
My sisters and I opened our presents to each other. I got Emma Super Llama (inside joke, but it was a llama stuffed animal that I put a cape on), and I got Hailey a watch (but she knew I was getting it for her, she told me to get it =P) Emma got me the movie Up. I love that movie, it's so sweet. Hailey is making our presents, and she isn't done yet, she's making us each an apron. =)
It snowed a little outside today! =D I'm excited, I really hope it will snow more later on.
Here, I found a little trailer type thingy for Little Dorrit. It doesn't give you much idea of what it's about, but I couldn't find any other one. *swoons when she sees Arthur* ;-) Silly girl moment, sorry.
Oh, I just thought of something to say. Surprise surprise, I'm taking Driver's ED in January. *scary music* I've been putting it off, but mom asked me if I would prefer to do it in January or April, and I don't know what came into me, but I said January.
I was just thinking, when Christmas is over, I don't really want to go back to my hobbit hole template. I really like it, I'm just done with it now. Any ideas as to what kind of template I should get next?
God Bless You,
 Taylor
Quote of the Week
          "Jesus sees the cries of our spirit, and actually defines us by our budding virtues. He does not define us by our struggles, He defines us by the cry in our spirit to say "Yes" to Him."
Cute Quotes
  The older ones of us Seven Sisters are realizing how much our little sisters have missed out  in hardly knowing what a film camera is,  getting to be on the computer at a much younger age than any of us were (because computers were much different when we were their age!), etc.  : D  That makes us sound very old, but really, lots has changed in the past 15 to 20 years!
  Mommy was cleaning and found a bag of undeveloped film.  She laid it on her computer desk and Charissa asked, "What are those?!"
  When we were looking for a Christmas tree, we stick a weed or an old branch in a promising evergreen so that we can find it again if we want to come back to it.   After finding a tree that we thought was worth putting into our "favorites", Charissa asked, "Did we bookmark that Christmas tree?"
 Noah and Isaiah were chasing each other, and Noah wanted to stop for a minute to take off his socks.  He called out to Isaiah, "Pause!  Isaiah, pause!"   Mommy said that when she was little, it was "times", not "pause"!
 There is this Christmas e-card that the little ones have seen, and they happen to think it is funny enough to copy...here's Noah's version of it :-)  I personally like Noah's better than Daysprings :-D  If you can't see the video here on the blog, click HERE to see it.
    Note: The Seven Sisters Treasures is a weekly post where we share some of our favorite things.  We try to post  a new one every Friday.  Hope you enjoy!  ~The Farmgirls
