Quick, Easy and Low calorie "mousse"

It's summer time and sometimes our family wants something light and creamy.  You can make this dessert with the full or low calorie version.

1 pkg instant pudding
1 tub cool whip
2 cups milk

Prepare pudding according to package.. let set for a few minutes... blend in cool whip....refrigerate 30 min- 1 hour.   Enjoy!!!
