Try this..
When I'm done writing--before I hit save, I highlight the whole thing and hit copy. This puts it in the clipboard. Then if I lose it, I only have to hit paste. It's worked every time.
One of the things I do to avoid this is type my post up in Word then just copy and paste it to my blog. I also do this incase I have to get up mid typing I don't lose what I've typed already.
I feel your pain! It's happened to me numerous times as well. Forget posting it again. It's hard enough to get the words just right the first time. The other ladies' suggestions about using WORD is a good one. I'll have to remember that.
THis has happened to me a LOT! Nothing equals the frustration, huh! One friend gave me the tip to compose in WORD or some equivalent and cut and paste it into my hsb. That has helped, when I've REMEMBERED! The other thing I do sometimes is open two windows and copy and paste my work in progress into the other window's HSB editor. So if I lose one, the other one at least has something in it. Just some ideas....do write it again if you can!! I'm always surprised how much I remember.
