Keepin' It Real

I wanted to add an addendum to my post from this morning. I am much "lighter", shall we say, this afternoon. Yes, I was in a bit of a funk this morning... and those memories from when I was a little girl just came to me. I had to write. That part feels good. It is good to write, to express what is going on in my head, to get it out. I do so much better with writing than talking. Well, except with Mary... When I write, and I'm in the mood to write, I can express myself so much better. OK, enough self reflection. I just wanted to share that I didn't have a terrible day. It was a little blue, but nothing too awful.  I also just took a long walk in the hot sunshine....that always seems to help.
