Trip to Georgia
Welcome to all my adoring fans! (ha ha ha)
Well, I just got back about and hour or two ago from a trip down to Georgia. My cousin Kayla got married! She married this guy named Brandon who, in my opinion, looks like Boromir from Lord of the Rings. Anyways...
Here's a detailed account of what happened during our trip.
We (my family and I) left on the 27th of December, the year 2007, to go down to Georgia. The main reason we were going was because my cousin Kayla was getting married. We left the 27th, she got married on the 28th. When we arrived at Georgia (it took us nine hours of van ride to get there...), we had about an hour to get dressed and ready to go to the reception of my cousin's wedding.
When we got to the reception area (this was for the rehearsal, not the real wedding), I was kinda' shocked to see that it was really fancy. Like, black tie occasion. I had a hard time being polite, because, well... let's just say that this was first for me, you know, eating in a fancy club and all...
I survived, and after the meal, I went to my Aunt and Uncles, along with my brother Antiphilobe and my sisters Tiko and Inkenpoo. Anways, the next day was the wedding. It was neat, and really fancy. I got to pass out the little bulletin things.
After the wedding, we went to the real reception. It was also really fancy. Though I knew I should be polite... the slug within me told me to put M&Ms on my salad, and guess what? It tasted wonderful!
I was planning to go hunting with my Uncle on the 29th, but unfortunately we all caught the flu. :-(
My family and I went home on the 31st. And let me tell you, it was miserable. Imagine riding for nine hours in a van with two people throwing up constantly, and yourself feeling like throwing up, and trying not too... you know, all that good stuff... :-)
Anyways, we made it home in one piece.
Well, that wasn't too long for you to read now, was it? :-)
Thanks for reading my post!
