• Jan. 10, 2007 - Calearth Vaulted House
My husband and two oldest boys attended a calearth workshop where they learned
how to build using the 'super-adobe' technique. We bought two sets of plans while
there: one for the eco-dome (which has been used by a women's monastery in Siberia),
and one for the vaulted house (which we hope to use for a retreat building as well as a
single vaulted chapel). The images of the vaulted house is posted in the previous entry
