Adios, Amigos...
So, I'm just going to come out and say it. I am done blogging. I've been convicted about wasting time blogging and stuff for a long time now, and I'm finally giving in. This will be my last post... possibly forever. I'll keep up with comments and stuff, and I'll continue through this Super Secret Angel session, but then I'm outta here.
Did you know that wasted time can never, ever be taken back? Once you waste it... *poof*... it's gone forever. Time is precious, and it is fleeting.
In my mind, blogging was one way for me to connect with the homeschool communtity, but guess what? The real, lasting relationships and connections I should be forming are ones with my family and close friends. I have really enjoyed getting to know you guys, and I want to keep reading your blogs from time to time, but I need to take a step back.
So, I know I kinda advertised a contest, and as embarrassing as it is, I'm going to have to retract that. I debated keeping it on, but I really wanted to start a precedent for my friends. In the face of eternity... how important would writing a story be? Not very.
I'll still be on facebook from time to time, but I'm going to be cutting back. E-mail too... I waste too much time online. :)

You know, I understand where you're coming from and I am so very thankful to know girls like you who will act on their convictions!
However, I don't think blogging is a big waste of time, unless you use your time unwisely. I don't have any friends where I live or a church that I go to so I use my blog to minister to young ladies across the world. I have been blessed with a large readership of who the Lord has allowed me to share my convictions and teach with. I also do a lot of my schooling online, including writing for an online magazine (GGM).
I am sorry you're quitting.... you will be missed. I have been reading your blog off and on for quite sometime as you are very encouraging, and I came by the other day to reply to your comment but I was unable to.
I hope you will not delete your blog because you have some good posts on here that people will want to read!

But what I wanted to say is good for you! I'll miss reading your posts, but I think you're wise to cut back if you feel like it's something unneeded in your life. This is something I need to think about as well.
