• Oct. 3, 2008 - Quick Sew Crafty and some catchup pix :)

Posted By Bridget

Before I talk about any pix I'm posting, I wanted to share a bit about how God has been speaking to my heart.  The other day "Linkmama" posted a comment on one of my entries and I went to visit her blog.  She had posted this:

BIBLICAL QUESTIONS FOR PARENTING

I copied it and pasted it and printed it :)  For the last 2 days I have spent a little time reading the question and then searching for the verse and writing down the answer and how God spoke to my heart.  I've done 8 of the questions and will keep on searching the verses until I finish, even if it takes me a few more days!  I have really enjoyed reading even just a few and then praying about how to make sure to keep these words etched in my memory bank.  I've even had a few opportunities to talk to the kids about things that have come up and were perfect examples of the verses.  One of the ways was how my oldest son told me that his father (who he sees just every other weekend) had told him he should bring his Gameboy to our home, even though he knows we don't allow handheld games like that.  Today "C" told me that his father keeps saying "just bring it and hide it in your room and use it under your covers and she'll never know"!!!!!  Can you believe that??? ARGH.  So, I grabbed my printed sheet of paper where I had written down Matthew 18: 5&6, "but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it is better for him that a heavy millstone be hung around his neck, and that he be drowned in the depth of the sea".  It goes on to say "Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks!"  AMEN TO THAT!!  So, I just explained to him how as parents we are not to lead our children to sin and how he needs to obey the Lord by obeying me and our house rules even IF his father tells him not to.  My son knows that I train him daily and that I raise him in righteousness and he easily discerns the difference.  He told me that he told his father he would not go against our rules and his father thought it was silly.  I am so glad that he didn't just go along with it!!  I have a great son!!!

Anyway, I just really think that the questions are a great way to do a little bible study and it will really have you looking at how you raise your children.  Although I have studied child training scripture for years, my eyes were opened to many verses that I had even read before and never REALLY understood them!!!  I love that!!!

OK...now onto the photos!!

This is my project this week, since I finished all 3 of the longies that I was making! (finally!!!)  I have posted them on my ETSY SHOP if you'd like to check 'em out!  My niece has also added a few new things!

These are a pair of Peace Fleece girly striped longies :)  I just finished the first leg last night, but just haven't bound off...

I've taken some different pix of the kids this week as we go through life.  This is my middle son having fun with Playdoh...

He loves to drive his car in it and squish them in... fun fun!!!

Here's "C" on the Hubble Site.  He was checking the sky for this month and then went to a Nasa tv show he could watch online.  It was really cool!!

Last night he had his swim team lesson.  He goes twice a week and I went last night to check out how he's doing.  He is really doing well and they said he'd be moving up to Bronze by Christmas!  The pictures don't come out very well because of the funny lighting, but I got a few.  Here he is after he got changed up...

That's him in the middle of the photo swimming...

 Talking with his coach...

 Practicing diving...

And right before they were finished, their coach said they could each do a cannonball!

Yesterday I also got a new "best friend"... a Pizza Stone.  This is my 2nd attempt (the first was a bit of a flop because it stuck on!!!) and it came out GREAT!!!

My Dad popped over today to bring the kids some old tennis rackets and balls and things.  (they are cleaning out their basement!)  They had fun looking through all the stuff!  Thanks Dad & Mom!!

And then I brought the kids outside and took a pic of them before we left for Walmart...

And since I am photo crazy, I bring my camera everywhere...even in the cat food section of stores! haha  I just thought my kids looked TOO cute picking out different flavors of special treats for the kitties!

Then on the way home we stopped at my friend, Jessica's.  She had just gotten back from her glucose screening since she is about 26 weeks pregnant with daughter #4!!  The kids had fun playing...

And before we left we went over to see the chickens...

They all got to feed them some food pellets...

AAAAHHH... Homeschooling at it's best!!!  I don't care what ANYONE says... schooling is NOT just bookwork; it's experiences!!!  Even in Walmart I was explaining differences in prices and how to see what is the better deal, teaching self control, good manners, etc.  And they get to see "real life" things that many parents do while their kids are at school!

Now the kids are upstairs watching an old "Lost in Space" Netflix DVD while I get my little man for a rest and then we are going to do some sit down schoolwork :)

Hope you all have a great weekend!!!  Once Shereen is back online (they just moved and will have satellite internet soon!!!!!) I will make sure to link to her Sew Crafty entries!!

:) In Christ's love, Bridget

• Sep. 30, 2008 - crying out to the Lord...and prayer request...

Posted By Bridget

I have no words of wisdom for you.  My wisdom comes from the Lord and I just wanted to share a bit with you and ask you to read this and then pray.

As Christians, we are all going to suffer trials at one time or another.  (or in some cases... MANY trials all coming at the SAME time that seem almost unbearable!)  I've had many trials in this life, but lately it seems I have been bombarded by the enemy.  Is anyone else there with me right now?  I just remember and meditate on God's word that says "Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden" (Psalm 68:19) And that His "yoke is easy, and My load is light" (Matt. 11:30) And I am so thankful that I have friends who truly are willing to follow God's word that says "Bear one another's burden's" (Galatians 6:2)

Last night I went to bed and cried my heart out to the Lord.  I opened my bible to Psalm 119 and read the whole thing out loud.  My wonderful friend, Summer, told me the other day how she will just lie in bed and speak God's word out loud for comfort in the rough times.  It was so healing.  All my fears were gone and I was able to go to bed and sleep peacefully.

v. 4 "Thou hast ordained Thy precepts, that we should keep them diligently"

v. 10 "With all my heart I have sought Thee; do not let me wander from Thy commandments"

v. 11 "Thy word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against Thee."

v. 25b "Revive me according to Thy word"

v. 28 "My soul weeps because of grief; strengthen me according to Thy word"

v. 30-31 "I have chosen the faithful way; I have placed Thine ordinances before me.  I cleave to Thy testimonies; O Lord, do not put me to shame!"

v. 50 "This is my comfort in my affliction, that Thy word has revived me"

v. 51 "The arrogant utterly deride me, yet I do not turn aside from Thy law"

v. 73 "Thy hands made me and fashioned me; give me undertanding, that I may learnt Thy commandments"

I could go on and on at how the Lord has comforted me.  Seems whenever I need an answer, I open up his holy word and find just the right thing.  The other day I read in 2 Timothy 4:18 "The Lord will deliver me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom".

Now THAT is just what I needed to hear...that despite any darkness entering into my world of light... the Lord will deliver me "safely". Amen.

Today I spoke to my oldest son from my heart.  He is 11 now and I really want to do all I can to gently lead him into manhood.  I want to fill him with God's wisdom and continue, as I have through his life, to lead him toward a life where he will follow God.  As he grows closer and closer to being an adult, the word "diligently" pops into my head a lot!  It's much easier when they are wee little ones and you are telling stories of baby Jesus's birth, Daniel and the lion's, Noah's ark, David & Goliath.  But when their minds start to mature and their "WILLS" start to get stronger and discipline is no longer that quick, easy & affective... you truly need to start being more open and honest and delve more into the depths of the sea, so to speak.  No more floating around... we need to dive right in!

And he loves it.  When I take that time with him to speak from experience, to share God's word, to share life stories, etc. ; he eats it up!

Summer (whom I must say is raising 4 boys ranging in age from 10 up to 18--along with 2 younger daughters AND she is pregnant with baby #7! PHEW!!!  I'm tired just reading it!!) lent me a book called "Boyhood and Beyond" by Bob Schultz.  I can't wait to start reading it with "C" and am going to this afternoon during quiet time!

I am going to have to stop soon because the kids need to do their spelling with me, but I want to ask for prayer for one of the "burdens" in my life.

It has to do with "C"s father (my ex husband).  He only takes "C" every other weekend and really has never shown any interest in any aspect of his son's life except when it benefitted him or made him look good to a girlfriend.  I have devoted my life to all 5 of my children and raise them in a wonderful godly environment and I have chosen to train them diligently at home.  God has been so gracious to allow me to be able to be home and to have a husband who can provide for a family of 7 without my financial help!

Well, after all these years of "C"s life (he is registered with the state as a 6th grader and has never attended a public or private school), his father has decided that he feels he needs to go to public school.  ALL of his reasons have no basis... but he is a man of the world and has a "public school" mindset AND obviously is at a point of having no control so he is trying to grasp something TO control.   I am trusting the Lord with my son's future and want to just ask that you pray for this whole situation.  He also has brought my other 4 children into this, claiming things about me that are completely untrue.  It's very pathetically sad, but that's the world for you.

So... just another way the enemy has chosen to attack, and I am wearing the Lord's full armor and can't wait to report how this all ends up.  No matter what... it will all be to the glory of God and I trust that HIS will is going to be done.  I can't lean on MY OWN UNDERSTANDING... I need to lean on the Lord who knit my son in my womb and who is in complete control!!

Please help to bear my burden and pray with me!!!  And if any of you are under attack, please put on that armor and just trust in the Savior!!

Ephesians 6:12-18...

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.  Therefore, take up the FULL ARMOR OF GOD, that you may be able to RESIST in the evil day, and having done EVERYTHING to STAND FIRM.  Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with the TRUTH, and having put on the breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all, taking up the shield of FAITH with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming missiles of the evil one.  And take the helmet of SALVATION, and the sword of the SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD.  With all PRAYER and PETITION, pray AT ALL TIMES in the SPIRIT, and with this in view, be on the alert with all PERSEVERANCE and PETITION"

So I petition you all to please pray for my son so that he can stay home with me and be trained daily in the Lord and be education diligently with me and his siblings!!

Thank you!!  Love, in Christ, Bridget

• Sep. 26, 2008 - Sew Crafty Friday...

Posted By Bridget

I am hoping that I see Shereen has made it to her new home!!  She hasn't been online so there is no Sew Crafty post on her blog yet :(  I'm going to post anyway and hope I hear from her soon!!  I miss her!!!

This week I finished up the 2nd leg of the striped longies I'll be selling.  Just have to graft the gusset and make the i-cord...

And I started my middle son's mitten.  He wanted them to be his favorite color ORANGE and he also wanted some stripes of brown.  Well, turns out that what I THOUGHT was brown is actually a brownish purple (as I saw in the natural light outside this AM!!!) but I still think he will like them!  And they are turning out larger than the other mittens because I am using Peace Fleece and it knits at a larger gauge.  Although they seem big, it will allow for felting after he plays in the snow a lot this winter!

And my friend, Summer, is having a surprise baby shower in 2 weeks (she doesn't use the internet, so I can divulge this info!! hehe) and I am knitting her up a few things.  First is a pair of longies using soft acrylic since she probably won't use them as a diaper cover.

I got a few other skeins to use my favorite dishcloth pattern to make her some baby washcloths :)  The yarn was on sale at Walmart for $1.50 a skein!!!  So buying 4 skeins only cost me $6 and she is going to get lots of stuff from it!!!

And this has nothing to do with craftiness... but here are 4 of the kids this AM saying goodbye to our 3 cats (Mama and her 2 kittens) since they are all getting fixed today :)

We've been joking that it's Coco's first sleepover... unfortunately it's not a fun one :(  But the boys will be home tonite at 5 :)

Since we have schooled hard this week and have gotten some schoolwork done this AM, we are heading to Summer's so the kids can play with her 6 kids!  We are planning on them playing outside if it gets a bit nicer out or they'll be doing inside things including some puzzles, drawing, etc!  Should be a fun day!!

Hope you all had a great week!!  Love, Bridget

• Sep. 25, 2008 - Spelling Curriculum

Posted By Bridget

I just wanted to share with you a great spelling program we bought this year.  It's called SEQUENTIAL SPELLING  and it's AWESOME!!  I'd love to hear from those of you who've tried it, but would like to give my little accessment so far :)

The program has been just an awesome blessing for my 2 older kids, ages 11 and 7.  My oldest has always struggled with spelling (typical of many boys) and my 7 year old catches on more quickly and retains the words better (typical of many girls)... so this works wonderfully for both!

So far, I've done the lesson once a day and today we did DAY #18.  I am probably going to start doing a lesson in the AM and then another in the afternoon, like the course encourages.  That way, if you do the short lessons EVERYday and do 2... you can actually finish 4 levels in one year!

To sum up the program, after the first few days it increases to 25 words a day that the child writes as you say them.  No practicing or tests at the END of the week... it's a test everyday with words they may know and many they've never seen or even heard of!

I write the words on the chalkboard after they both try to write them.  AND I write the different parts of the word with different colored chalk.  Say the word is PLANNING.  I'd write the beg. blend "PL" with one color, "ANN" with another (stressing to the kids the importance of doubling the consanant before adding the ending!), and then "ING" in another color.

At first the program seemed easy to my oldest son.  There were only 4 words the first day; "in", "pin", "sin", and "spin".  Simple.  But then by the time day 4 came along, they had already progressed to "thins", "pinning", "skinned", etc.  And they REALLY got it!!!

Now on day #18, they've covered all sorts of different words and are just loving it!!!  Today's words included "women", "Ben's", "wouldn't", "eyes".  They've covered contractions, capitalizing names, ownership, homophones like "we" and "wee" or "wood" and "would".  And if we had done 2 lessons a day, that would have only been a bit over 2 weeks!

Skipping up to DAY #100... to skip up to where they may be in about a month (I'll skip to day #80--- figuring if they did every single day during the week and 2 lessons)--- they'd be doing words like...

"doesn't", "really", "weren't", "revealing", "The Steelers" and more!  In only 1-2 months!!  I don't know many 2nd graders doing such words, and will be so proud of my 6th grader who struggles with spelling!!!

So, if anyone out there has children that are struggling with spelling...this is a great thing to try!

And the price is a great one at about $140 for all 7 levels and 7 free response books!  And to give you an idea of what type of words you are on when you get to the 7th book, I'll open mine now and share some of the words at the end of the book.

"Sepulcher", "technique", "eccentricity", "pyschiatric", "architecturally", "temporal", "indoctrination", are words covered in the last few lessons!  I say that is pretty darn good!

Well, hope that encourages someone out there!  I'll be really curious to see how much my oldest son improves by the time he takes his assessment test at the beginning of the year!  I'll make sure to keep you up to date on our progress!!

:) Bridget

• Sep. 19, 2008 - Sew Crafty Friday and other things...

Posted By Bridget

I have been so busy lately that I don't get on here that often, but I always like to make sure to post for Sew Crafty Friday.  We have finished our homeschooling for the day and the kids are doing quiet things, so I thought I'd take some time to post an entry.

I've only done one thing this week for crafties.  I've started a pair of striped longies to sell on my Etsy store.  1 pair I made a couple weeks back is ready to post on my shop and another is ALMOST ready to post, so I plan to post all 3 longies at once!

Here's the recent pair which will be listed as a 12-18 month size...

If you have anything crafty to share or just want to see what others have done, make sure to visit Shereen's blog... WAITING FOR HIM :)

My kids spent some time the other day building a "KITTY CLUBHOUSE" for our cats.  What looks like a big pile of mess, is actually a huge work of art for them!

Each child played their part by stringing bead toys, making a sign, picking flowers for decorations etc.

and believe it or not...the cats LOVED it!!

My oldest son has been busy all week at the "Y" swimming.  He had to go to a clinic 5 nights in a row (tonite is the last) and then he'll be placed on the team at his appropriate level!  He is LOVING it!!!

My husband is also loving it!!  He has purchased him all the cool things a swimmer needs; Speedos, racing goggles, a cool wetbag!  And he not only takes him to all practices in the evening, but also has gotten him up a couple mornings to either run or go to the "Y" to practice.  They are really having a great time experiencing it together.

I took this pic of them before they left in the morning the other day to practice.  It was just a hair after 6AM!  Just another benefit of homeschooling!  He didn't have to hurry back to catch a bus... he just came home and ate a nice hearty breakfast and THEN started his schoolwork!

I'm going to try to get some good pix of him tonite at the "Y", but I have these pics my husband took the other night of him diving.  It was their first diving lesson!  He was proud because some kids got scared and would do cannonballs, but he dove right in.  It wasn't perfect, but he went head first so that was cool!

3 pix in the order he dove! (in the 2nd one he was diving into a ring and you can see he improved as he practiced!)

OK... one more thing to share about and then I have to go and have some quiet time and read God's word for a while!

Freebies.  Any one else love them?? haha There is just something fun about getting the mail and finding something free.  I receive emails from a place called "shop4freebies.com" and they give you the most current free trials offered by different companies.  I joined a month or so ago and sign up for at least one thing each day.  Many are freebies offered through Walmart, but there are also many random samples offered through other places.

I thought I'd take a picture of the freebies I've received so far for fun.  (AND because my son wants to use the Juicy Juice sippy cup!)  Included here is the sippy cup (which is really nice with a stopper too!), a GeoTrax DVD, a sample of 3 tampons (that my youngest got into and I found all pulled apart on my bed haha), a Fiber One cereal sample and energy bar, a potty training DVD, 2 Charmin Big Rolls extenders (that don't work on our TP holder...bummer!!!), a pad sample, a shampoo and conditioner sample, a "Milk Matters" coloring book and a free Pull up!  FUN FUN!!

Goodbye for now!  Love, Bridget

• Sep. 15, 2008 - Memories...(lots of pix... sorry for those with slow internet!)

Posted By Bridget

My parents made a huge decision this past year... to sell our cottage.  I have so many wonderful memories from the summer's we stayed there as a child, but it was a great choice on their part to sell.  So much has changed in all of our lives, and since my brother & his family will be home from Guatemala each summer, we'll all be spending most of our time with them at their cottage.  It is a burden they no longer have to bear, and God made the sale go quickly and smoothly!

The other day we went out to get an old motorcycle that belonged to my brother, so I made sure to get lots of pictures!

Here are the kids running down the camp road.  I had fun reminiscing about all the times we ran down this same road as children.  We'd go up the long camp road (actually the driveway) and then walk along the dirt road to a little store where we'd buy penny candy :)

My parents by the 2 trees in front of the camp!  They have shared many fond memories here themselves; especially my Mom.  Her father built the camp and she spent summers there as a child too!  Aren't they the cutest couple??  Still going strong after 53+ years!!!

Here you can see the cottage and the beach we raked out in the Spring and played endlessly in throughout the summer weeks!  Rain or shine, hot or cold... we were swimming!  It was also our bathtub, since the camp didn't have a bathroom! It was in this body of water that I learned to swim, dive, do back summersaults, had underwater tea parties, was saved from drowning by a girl who lived close by & where I saved my oldest niece from drowning, where I learned how to drive a boat, where I caught my first fish and found many a disgusting clam.  It is where I watched sunfish and fed them bologna so they'd nibble my toes while I dangled them off the dock, where my brother and I would sycronize swim (haha... what a sight that must have been), where I'd ride on my Dad's back, where we would soap down the upside down canoe and slide on our bellies into the water... the memories are endless!!!

Here are my children enjoying their last visit to camp...

Me and the kids :)  I now have the 2 bouys at my home and will be hanging them from my kids clubhouse!

My parents took down the little chalkboard where they would write special announcements like "Happy 4th" or, "Happy Birthday".  They turned over the last message to find the message they wrote welcoming my oldest son into the world back in 1997!!  He thought that was SOOO cool!!!

I had the kids go and check out the "fairy garden" where my sister and brother and I would go when we first got to camp so we could make our little play area!  We'd rake it all out nicely and set up rock tables and chairs and little pathways and it was SO much fun!!

The old fireplace.  I remember how we'd save all of our paper trash to help light the fire for cooking our meals.  We burned anything back then!!  I thought it was great to hunt around for pinecones, pine needles, small sticks... anything that would catch on fire!  Then my Dad would get it really hot and we'd have hot dogs, burgers and chicken sprayed with a vinegar solution!  MMMM.  My Dad always folded the cheese JUST right by turning in each corner.  Funny the things you remember.  Even though we'd occasionally eat a few pine needles...I doubt I will ever taste such a delicious burger ever again!  This fireplace also served a few other purposes, such as frying up those gross clams we'd find (but never ate) & "getting rid" of some annoying caterpillars.  I remember one year we had SO many caterpillars I'd have dreams of the climbing all over me, so when my brother gathered them all up and put them in a pot and roasted them over the fire... I did not mind at all!!! haha

Here's the living room with the huge fireplace we'd cozy up around when it was chilly!  Up to the left was the loft and below that were the bedrooms.  Sleeping at camp was peaceful and quiet.  When it would rain, the sound of the rain on the roof would lull us to sleep.  And we never had tv, so we actually spent time together.  Go figure!  We played game after game and read comic books and drew pictures.  I learned how to play cribbage the year I was 12 and beat my Dad 12 out of 12 games! (unless he was just being nice!!!) haha I still love cribbage to this day and actually just beat my Mom the other night!  I still got it!!! haha

I climbed up into the loft and took a picture of our kitchen.  I can think of memories even that deal with each and every room!!  Washing our hair in the sink with cold pond water that was pumped in from the lake, hunting around for candy that my parents kept in an old breadbox and other little places to keep it safe from ants, and climbing through the window onto the porch (which is now a doorway that you can see to the left).  When it was a window, I always hoped the heavy old window wouldn't come crashing down on me!  We really weren't supposed to go onto the porch that way, but that 2 seconds it saved us from walking around the fireplace was important to us, I guess!!

The outhouse.  This one isn't the original, but it has been around for a few years.  This one is a lot more "user friendly" than the one we had to use when I was a kid.  I remember sitting there reading the "Ode to an outhouse" poster on the wall and all the things we'd write as kids.  Who loved who... or so and so "was here" or any of those goofy things kids write on bathroom walls haha.  The spiders up in the corner creeped me out and I would try to get out of there as fast as possible!!!  One year, as I was coming out, the neighbors German Shephard chased me down the hill and bit me on the back of my leg!  Sheesh...nothing like making a bad experience even worse!!

And this is where we went when it was too dark out to go to the outhouse.  The "porta potty".  There is a picture of me somewhere that my brother took.  I think my sister opened the curtain and he snapped the picture while I sat there cracking up and yelling at the same time!!!

And before we left I made sure the kids came over with me to pick some teaberry leaves.  I loved to chew on them as a kid and wish I could find Teaberry gum at the local stores because it was SOOOO good!!!

Here's the tree that our cat, Sapphire, would climb to get up onto the roof!  We used to climb a ladder and play up on the roof a lot!  I remember loving to be up there, but then hated trying to get down!

We all went out onto the porch and the kids picked a few feathers off the wall where my Mom would put pretty ones she'd find!  The porch is where we played games.  My favorite game of all time that we played was "Kismet".  It's like Yahtzee but with colored dice!  The little papers we used to keep score were all kept in the box year after year and we had fun looking through who played with us.  Many of our names were made up and really funny!!

A silhouette of my 3 oldest looking out one last time at the lake...

Goodbye little old camp... you'll be missed :)  Thanks for the memories!!

• Sep. 12, 2008 - Sew Crafty Friday

I missed last week's SCF post, so I am just going to do a quick post to recap the last couple weeks of things I've been making.

Make sure to pop over to my friend, Shereen's, blog and see what other's have been up to!

Waiting for Him (Sew Crafty Friday post for this week)

While I was gone to NH, I managed to finish the 2 things I am making for my friend, Tammie!  She wanted a natural colored pair of wool longies and a funky colorful pair of shorties.  I posted HERE how I hand dyed some of the natural wool to make the pair of shorties...(they are made from Peace Fleece, btw)

And I finished this pair of longies a while back (to sell) but hadn't done the drawstring yet.  Here's the finished pair...it's a NB size :)

And one last thing... winter prep!!  This is how far I've gotten on the kids wool mittens.  I am almost done the 3rd pair, so only 2 more pairs to go and then I'll start hats!

I am hoping to post an entry soon with some catch up pix, but I've been super busy!!!  Hope you all had a great week!!!

In Christ, Bridget

• Sep. 1, 2008 - It's BOOTCAMP season again!!!!

Posted By Bridget

I don't know about all of your, but our schoolweek gets into full swing tomorrow and I feel so blessed to have found a comment on my blog today about a "Fifty-Six Days" post on a blog called "Paradoxology".  It looks AWESOME and she has done all the work for me!  Gotta love that!!! hehe  It looks like a good switch from the "bootcamp" things I have done in the past when I've seen I need to do some re-training with my kids!

When you click the highlighted link, it should bring you to the "children" category and if you scroll down you can work your way up through the different weeks of the "56 days".  She has made it to week 7 so I printed off all weeks and will finish off once she posts the last week!  I just used "copy" and "paste" and put each one into my WordPerfect and then printed each week off seperetely in different colors :)  The first thing I printed off was the "Beginning the First Day of the Rest of Your Life" to get started!

Hope this will be an encouragement to some of you out there that also need some routine after a long summer!!  I know it looks perfect for our family!!  I'll keep you all posted on my progress!!!
