the cutest thing happened to me yesterday, a little boy was coming around with a large green stone, at mom's fiddling concert, and as he went by, everyone made a comment on how pretty it was, so when he came to me and held it out i said "what a lovely colour, so pretty." he also had a little stick with him, and i soon knew what it was for! once he had carefully stowed away his stone, he came to me, and i guess my compliment wasn't lavish enough, so he came up, and hit me softly on my leg with it. i raised my eyebrows at him. and he ran away. i could hear his mom saying he had to say sorry, and so they came up to me. the mom said "say sorry honey." he looked miserable. he stood there a few minutes, then came up, never hesitating and hugged me! isn't that sooo cute?! i guess it's his way of saying "sorry"!
