Mommy: "Clarkey, it's time to take a nap."

Clarke: "Nat. Nat. Take Nat."

Mommy: "No, Clarkey.  It's 'nap'.  Puh-puh-puh."

Clarke: "Puh-puh-puh. Nat.  Take nat."

My oldest daughter is 22, and your Mommy/Clarke moment takes me back. She used to want to play in the 'lard,' or stop at a 'lard' sale. I would say, "Jen, it's yard. Say y- y- yard."
She would then say, "y- y- lard."
Cherish every moment. The moments swiftly flee!
