Aug. 18, 2006 - Banana Scones
A few days ago, I made THIS recipe for banana scones from the Baking Sheet blog. I doubled it, and accidentally mashed (because that's what I usually do when baking with bananas) instead of diced the bananas. It turned out very yummy, and was eaten before I could take any pictures. 
Edited to add: I made this recipe again, and took a picture this time.
