Hello Family & Friends,
I wanted to share with you a wonderful online scrapbooking store.
They also have a brick & mortar store in Murrieta, CA.... Yippy!!!!

Boy, do I have a site full of fabulous resources for your homeschool needs. First, let me share a few of Laura Candlers own words with you...

I can't express enough how much this has helped my children grow in their learning abilities. Please give it a try. Hello Friends,
I was blessed to read a wonderful message today.
This is something for all of us to ponder...
Wonder What Would Happen If... We treated our bible like we treat our cell phones...?
What If... We carried it around in our purses or pockets...?
What If... We turned back to go get it if we forgot it...?
What If... We flipped through it several times a day...?
What If... We spent an hour or more using it everyday...?
What If... We used it to receive messages from the text...?
What If... We treated it like we couldn't live without it...?
What If... We gave it to kids as gifts...?
What If... We used it as we traveled...?
What If... We used it in case of an emergency...?
This is something to make you go "Hmmmm...Where's My Bible?"
Oh, and a few more things-unlike our cell phones:
One plan fits all...
Unlimited usage...
No roaming charges...
No weak signals...
and...
We don't ever have to worry about our bible being disconnected...
Because... JESUS ALREADY PAID THE BILL...!

Hello Friends!
Who wants to do Multiplication...
This is a subject many children would rather ignore and do something more interesting like... art... recess. Well... I have the solution for all you moms and dads that are trying to be creative with your children.
Visit
Multiplication.com there you will find a wonderful way to teach multiplication to your children.
Here are some examples...
Skate x Skate = Sticky Floor
(8 x 8 = 64)
2=Shoe
3=Tree
4=Door
5=Hive
6=Chicks
7=Surfin'
8=Skate
9=Sign
How cute is that... they will have so much fun reading the little stories that come with each problem.
You can download the PDF
Student Book for very little and make your own pages. You can even have the kids color them in for more interaction with each problem. I did not order the Teachers Manual... as I found the Student Book to be efficient enough in teaching multiplication.
You will also find an area where you can download little
Multiplication Flash Cards that you can print out and create games with them. In our home we printed out each number family on a different colored cardstock ( 2's on blue paper, 3's on red paper... etc...), cut them out, and then played Concentration... Go Fish... etc. You can make learning multiplication loads of fun... give it a try *Ü*

I know it is easy to get frustrated and concerned that perhaps as parents we may not be teaching our children enough when it comes to Mathematics, but let me assure you there are numerous resources to help you in giving your children the best education ever.

Hi Homeschool Families!
Please take the time to listen to Dr. James Dobson from "Focus on the Family" discuss the California state appellate court ruling last week stating that it is illegal for parents in the Golden State to home school their children without the appropriate state teaching credentials.
I also want to share a site with you in reference to what we are talking about today. The site is called
HSLSA Advocates for Homeschooling (Home School Legal Defense Association)
Yes, it can only take one to make a difference. Look at Moses... with God leading our paths nothing is impossible to come to pass.
Please share this is everyone you know... let's take a stand in what we truly believe to be a responsibility and privilege that we have as a parent and provider to our children!

Hello!
Forgive me for not updating more often... life has been keeping me quite busy.
I do have a site I want to share with you all. The owner is a wonderful Homeschool Blogger as well... her name is Cindy Downes and she blogs at

Presidents and Elections. This time of learning is fun and extremely informative for all involved. I for one was never interested in Politics... due to the "hush-hush" of it all. Add these wonderful resources to your curriculum, it's a great way to enhance each childs learning experience.

When I was blessed to come across this site... I knew instantly that this was going to be part of our education each and every day.
With three children it's wonderful to have a place that caters to all ages.
