First of all, pray! That is the most important thing you can do! Talk to others who have done it for encouragement and also to find curriculums to try. Don't expect them to learn everything over night. Let them learn at their own pace. Take advantage that are available to you. Such as the internet and the library. Get involved in a support group and be active in church. Don't feel guilty for asking for help. Everyone needs a break. Always remember your child is a special gift from God! It takes a special parent to have a special child! He thought you could handle it and with His help, you can! Ps. 127:3
