those of you who have been praying for Lindsey (the young gal on my prayer links) this was posted by her Dad on the Sonlight Forums yesterday...rejoice dear ones for this family!

In the last year Lindsey has endured 42 radiations(30 hip and 12 lungs), 35 days of extensive chemotherapy, 80 days of hospital confinement, 46 pints of whole blood, 78 units of platelets, a needle biopsy, 4 surgeries, and numerous x-rays, scans, and blood tests. Monday we got the report from Lindsey's tests last week and nearly all of the information is in. Her lungs were COMPLETELY clear of any type of tumor growth. They were vitually clear except for signs that she had radiation. Her MRI and PET scan showed no cancer growth or spreading anywhere. They are relooking at two lymph nodes in her neck one more time on the films because of a size difference but do not expect anything to be found that would indicate a concern. He has pretty much declared her cancer FREE. The plan for her now will be to have monthly chest x-rays and CT scans every three months. She will also have some special blood tests to determine how her immune system is doing. There are NO plans for any more radiation or chemptherapy of any kind. THANKS to everyone from all around the world who has prayed for Lindsey. You all have been part of the miracle from God. Are you ready to celebrate with all of us?
