tragedy has struck the newly graduated class of '06 here. One of their freinds had a seizure and passed away last night

he was here often these past 4 years...eating, sleeping and whatnot. he was a very nice kid.

by this time in MY life (graduated senior) i had been to MANY wakes of friends who died, some accidently, some ill, most by stupid decisions. I was a "wake expert". Fortunately, my son hasn't had this experiance. One of his other friends is sick and won't go for tests. I hope this prompts him to go.

please pray as these kids have all weekend to brood and grieve. I'm not sure when the wake/funeral will be, or even what church his family attended...but there are alot of very unhappy, angry teens who will act really dumb...it's just a given.

I will be praying for the young man's family and for your son and his friends to be able to grieve, but not do anything they will regret later.

BTW, please add me back onto your friends list. I deleted my old blog, once I got my new one up and running, and it took my old blog name out of everyone's friend's list. Thanks! :)
