to reflect my team spirit for my message board's "Biggest Loser" competition, i redecorated, and i reset my ticker to reflect the "starting" weight...and i an still undecided on posting that "before" picture

i am officially a "purple eggplant" so i decided to find purple and eggplants, and whatever else struck my fancy...that's okay, since i happen to love eggplant almost any way you can fix it...oh, and Wendy, our team moderator, is British, so she is an official "abrogene" (which i am CERTAIN i spelled wrong)

I haven't checked out the biggest loser contest yet but I really dig your eggplant themed blog. I've always thought they (eggplants that is) are quite beautiful but have never eaten one. Any suggestions on a recipe for my first try?
