i know you are all really waiting on this

the oral surgeon...very tall, very young Italian fella...but very nice to a nervous old lady whose blood pressure was 179/120  just under the threshold for an extration, BTW...

he was happy to pull it out if i chose but he very kindly encouraged me to "save the tooth". It has very healthy roots, it isn't rotting (well, the part with the huge cavity is  ) It is infected which is why i have all this crazy pain. So he kindly gave me Vicodin

and penicillin for the infection. I left with my throbbing tooth and two prescriptions. I will be calling my NJ dentist so she can gloat over my tooth. He says i have about 4 weeks to get it done before the infection starts building up again. The nurses were very kind, even the one hulking over me with a hypo full of novacaine. And the cool beans xray equip was neat too...yes, i am easily amused, even in pain

oh, and Stinkpot finally sent my shirt! Now i have my blogging shirt with JenIg's John Hancock on it...i can rest easy now with my shirt and Voicodin
