Recently, junosmom brought up an interesting point on our local loop. It occurred to her that as friends who were visiting her blog may have had interest in commenting, she didn't realize that if you weren't a blogger, it wasn't that easy to figure out. And now, I am realizing the same. I have many friends who visit my blog and may like to leave a comment, they simply don't know how. SO, you basically have two options...
Option 1
You can leave a comment "anonymously", and simply sign your comment with your name (ex. Sincerely, Deb D), OR
Option 2
Cathy was nice enough to allow me to cut and paste her simple instructions for registering for a username...
Cathy writes..
"On homeschoolblogger.com, you have to first register a username (you do not have to have a blog, but you do have to have a name) to comment. Go to http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/signup.php After you have a user name, you will then see a link that says Post A Comment. Unbeknownst to me (since I am always logged in, if you don't have a user name, you cannot see this link. So after you get this username, you can go to HomeForHim, look at the bottom of the post, and you should see this link."
Hi! My name is Deborah, and I want to thank you for taking a moment out of your busy day to visit Home For Him. I hope in some small way that you find encouragement and ideas for not only your homeschooling experience, but also your walk with God.
