Mother Culture

Mother Culture.  I just love the title.  I have been reading A Charlotte Mason Companion by Karen Andreola.  I love the easiness and simplicity of just enjoying what God has given us in the earth.

My husband recently bought me a water color carry all wooden box.  I have nick-named it "Beatrix".  With the wonderful cool weather I am looking forward to some "Mother Culture" of my own.  To those of you who do not know about the term Mother Culture and Charlotte Mason, let me just say it is a breath of fresh air!

Mother Culture is to take a little bit of time out for yourself.  If it is just five minutes to stop and pray and be thankful to God our Father for all that He has given us, or to pull off on the side of the road to pick some flowers. (here where I live you can do that)  or it could be anything that refreshes your mind to just continue being you.

I pray all is well with everyone out there!  God Bless You!

Here is my sweet daughter.  She is learning the drums for Jesus!

Here is one of my twin boys.  He is actually doing some school!  Well, "to tell ya", he loves to do school!

Here is the other twin boy.  A little blurry, but sweetly at work!

The older two.  My little-big helpers!

My younger twins.  They have started school this year.  So now I am homeschooling SIX children!  I love it!

I love the pictures! I am so glad you were able to do that! I need to buy some more memory so I can download more. That or I will have to remove some of the old pictures in previous posts.

I love the one of Hannah playing the drums! I also love the twin girls hugging! So sweet! I love the school pictures too!

When I showed the girls they all said, ahhhh, I miss them. Hannah asked, "Are we ever going to see them again?" Yes, praise the Lord, Yes!

Miss you too. I will write more later! Love, Eva

Description
The Heritage of Home is Christ in us the hope of glory! When we are adopted into HIS family we receive a heritage passed down of the Heavenly Father. The Heritage of Home is knowing your place and standing there, confident in the knowledge that you are doing and being what you are called to be. I am a living testimony of thes fact. I do waver sometimes, when I get sidetracked by the world and even some people who are just trying to help, and sometimes I sidetrack myself! So, being renewed by the transforming of the Holy Bible, Christ's Word, I receive my inheritance daily, hourly, minute by minute. Not sidetracked but focused. (when I STAY in HIS Word!) Heritage of Home is learning and teaching how to live and love and be loved.
