Heritage of Home

IT IS MY SEWING TIME OF YEAR

It is my sewing time of year!  Sew, so, I am currently working with my oldest daughter on some items to maybe even sell.  We are thinking with my sister in law and her daughter, to have a booth at the local parade near where we live.

I would like to share some pictures with you.

Here is how it looked after I turned my parlor into a sewing room...  I have spruced it up a bit since then.

Hannah and I are learning to sew together.  And that can be a lot of fun when her sewing machine runs like a trooper!  It runs and stomps!  Chunk, chunk, plop, plop, ch-chunk.  It makes us laugh.

Here is something I have been working on...  it is a sewing pad with pockets and a mini ironing surface.

I hope I can get a mini iron for the little details that need to be ironed out.

And here are some Christmas stockings that I made in previous years.  I especially like the nativity one.

I will be posting more pics as I work along.  And Hannah will too!  Have a blessed day.

Hi, it was so nice to hear from you. Of course, let's be friends. I am really excited to see your sewing room, it is so nice to be able to just sew and create and to be able to do it with your family. Hope you are having a lovely day.

Description
The Heritage of Home is Christ in us the hope of glory! When we are adopted into HIS family we receive a heritage passed down of the Heavenly Father. The Heritage of Home is knowing your place and standing there, confident in the knowledge that you are doing and being what you are called to be. I am a living testimony of thes fact. I do waver sometimes, when I get sidetracked by the world and even some people who are just trying to help, and sometimes I sidetrack myself! So, being renewed by the transforming of the Holy Bible, Christ's Word, I receive my inheritance daily, hourly, minute by minute. Not sidetracked but focused. (when I STAY in HIS Word!) Heritage of Home is learning and teaching how to live and love and be loved.
