Acai'

Acai' (ah-saw-ee) is a dietary supplement I started using.  It is made from a berry called the acai' berry.  It's a rainforest berry that grows in eastern Amazon and Guianas, northern Brazil.  It is suppose to be a SUPERFOOD.  One of the healthiest in the world.  It is chocked full of antioxidants, amino acids, and essential faty acids.  Here are a list of things it supports..............

1)  Healthy energy,stamina Levels and resistance to fatigue. /  This sold me on it alone!!!!!!

2)  Healthy Libido

3)  Digestive function and Liver Health   / Good for me since I had my gallbladder removed.

4)  Improved sleep. / another problem area of mine.

5)  Mental Clarity, good Focus and a positive mood. / another winner-especially with homeschooling.

6)  Eye health

7)  Healthy immune function

8)  Cardiovascular Health  (including healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels)

9)  Anti-Aging  and Longevity  (another winner- I mean who wants to get old anyway)

10)  Supple skin, hair and Nails

11)  Cleansing and Detoxification

There is just too much to write.  Do the research yourself and go and buy some.  It comes in liquid and pills.  I bought the liquid because its suppose to be the strongest and purest form.  I drink  1oz in the morning on an empty stomach.  and 1oz in the afternoon.  I have only been doing this for a few days.  So far I can tell a difference in my energy level.  I am assuming over time the other things will come in to play.  We will see........  And Oh yeah did I mention its suppose to aid in weight loss!
