HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I am having a dickens of a time posting pictures to my  blog.  I  had good intentions when I started this blog to use it regularly, which I have failed at.  I am trying to get back on track. Now I am having trouble with this picture thing.  I am a complete dunce when it comes to computers or technology of any kind. LOL!

Everytime I post a picture it takes up the complete screen of the blog.  I just need to figure out how to size the picture down to fit the blog.  I did it before, now  I  just need to remember what I did the first time.  Probably something very simple I am overlooking.  Hopefully I will magically hit the right button sooner or later.  LOL!!!!

What's a blog without pictures anyway....................
