My Worldview

My worldview of this cruel world we live in, is that we walk in a line with satin’s slaves.We are surrounded with people that have satans name writtin alover them. Like a horse with a bit in his mouth and satan is sitting on the saddle with the reins telling them which way to go. I think Satan has tried and tried so hard to pull us away from God and he has conquered some, but God is in control of it all and whoever chooses to believe will have everlasting life with Him that is joyful and pure. So most important we need to shine in this dark world and show the slaves that they don’t have to have so many bruises and scrapes, that God will heal them forever. They will be tempted and trialed by satan but God lets that happen so we draw stronger and closer to Him. Stay strong in your walk with the Lord and He will forever protect you.

            Proverbs 3:5-8 is the best way to show how I think the world should act. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understands. In all ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.” You see some people don’t do what God commands them to do in that verse. We need to be a light in this world of darkness and show the slaves that God will take away all the pain and hardship. That life will be a whole lot easier and enjoyable with God in your life.

 I think every species of man have there own opinions on things, but I do think that those opinions should reflect God. God does command us to view things as a Godly person, to be an example of Jesus Christ. To resist the temptations will bring you many gifts and rewards in Heaven. It will bring glory and light to the world and to God. But do not be ashamed. For God tells us that humility is more glorious than living in eternal fire. Romans 1:6 say “We should never be ashamed of the gospel.”

My priority in the spiritual world is to honor and worship the Lord in all things. Worship is to give one hundred percent of your heart to expressing your devotion to Him.

In church I think you should not just raise your hands to make it look like you’re a Christian but to lift God up above you. He is the creator and ruler of the universe and we need to honor that. There are many other ways to worship the Lord, just listen to Him and he will guide you in the path he wants you to go!

            Who do you let determine your life? Does that person or thing lead you on the Golden path or does it lead you astray? I let God determine my life and the things that happen in it. I know that He will protect me and never let me fall down. The Lord is always and forever going to be there for me, He will never leave nor forsake us. Our lives go by so quickly, so let God determine what will happen. I promise you that if you do you will never regret it. In our wrong doings we will always have consequences in the end. Whether it be small or big God will always judge you. You don’t need to focus on the judgment of your friends and family because when God comes back for you, will he call your name to follow Him up to heaven? Look at it like this, what we choose to do will either get you into heaven or “down there”. 

            You can now see how Proverbs 3:5 -8 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding. In all ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.”, is how I think the world should be. We need to stay strong in our faith and be an example of Jesus Christ and in the end we will live a long everlasting life with the make of the heaven and stars that will never leave nor forsake us.

Expectations.
Every week at church at the end of each seminar the pastor gives us a question of the week. This week was: What does God expect of you?
Everyone has expectations and we all try to meet everyone one of them. The expectations of your peers are different of your expectations of your parents or family members. People also have expectations of you. How you are to act, how you are to handle situations, whether they are good or bad? Wouldn't you agree with me that when we have those expectations are put on us, we are more comfortable when we know exactly  what those expectations are? Well our Heavenly Father tells us what He expects from us and how we are to act. So why does everyone, including myself,  in hard times and trials, try to make decisions on our own and get confused on what God wants us to do? Yes we have those hard times and trials but God expects us to turn to him, that way it is not confusing or frustrating. We also have expectations of God , yet we do not need to worry because God is perfect and all our expectations of Him will be meet. This does not mean that your expectation of God will be meet right away. You need to seek full heartedly  and you will find He will meet that expectation.
These expectations are often unspoken, so we need to tell people what are expectations are of them and others. Because people always assume that the other person knows his/her expectations when yet they may not . So go to that person and tell them what they are. This will help your relationship and not cause conflicts and arguments.

This Horse really is a miracle of God and what good he does! This Horse, Kisses was abandoned and unloved for many months. The day she got in the Humane Society we saw and knew she needed love. So for a couple of day(like 2) we went and fed her carrots.You should have seen here eyes, they lit up so much when around us kids. On June 12, 2009 was her special day we rescued her and took her home with us. Now she is the most beautiful horse. God really does miracles and God really can make things better if you trust and pray to Him. He also does take care of you when in need.(her pics are in my photo album)

Today we, Mom, me, Ryan, Ashlynn, and Sarah went to the Science Discovery center today and played with robots, watch a movie about saving the sea, and saw dinosaur skeletons. It was alot of fun because it was preschool day so lots of little kids and i dont mind the little ones :) I think its really cool that you can watch little 2- 6 year olds and older people play with science and creating new things.

Today for school my assignment was to read a few chapters from a book of series by Charlotte Mason. Well i read book #4 called ,Ourselves. Then i had to write a paper on, what embracing Gods plans for you in your life, has to do with your education. so here it is:

 

Embracing God’s Will through Education

 

People’s values in life are all different, but one thing we need to have in common is that we glorify the Lord while having those values. One value in life that is very important is our education. As Charlotte mason said” Our relations with God embrace the whole of our lives “, in a series of books that she wrote in 1842 called “The Original Home Schooling Series”. This individual book of her series, volume 4, called Ourselves, is very helpful on understanding education and ourselves.

How and what we choose to learn in our education will help us mature as a person who loves and lives for Christ. We should also use the gifts that he has given us and choose our curriculum by those gifts. When you are choosing a curriculum, don’t choose one just because everyone else is using it and has good reviews. You need to review it for yourself does it fits your needs, is it fun and interesting and most important does it portray to what the Lord has in store for your life? While finding out which curriculum best suites your needs, we need to look at one major subject, does it involve God? Those questions to me are the most important standards of choosing a curriculum.

            When in public or private school the teachers and tests tell you, you have to learn this or you have to read this or you fail. In public school it’s hard to learn and keep your eye on the Lord and learn for him.  Well with homeschooling you can explore as a person and student on what you like and who God created you to be. He created us individually as people who are special with their own likes and dislikes.

            You see its hard not doing what everyone else it doing or learning but God has each one of us different for a reason. He made us all have our own special characteristics and gifts, with these things we need to focus on what God has in store for our life. Each one of us needs to embrace what the Lord has given us and choose to live our lives 100% fully committed to Him in all things, included our education.

You know when you hear a message in church and you feel like the pastor is talking directly to you,  well that is  exactly how i felt. God was so revealing in what we are suppose to do when your in a wrong situation. We are not to stand with sinners we are to be an example of Him. To do the right instead of the wrong. When God sees you do what is glorifying to Him he gets a great big smile on his face. As my pastor says "Life is a lot like a food buffet". Life is full of different variates, you can pick and choose what you want and how much of it and you can go back for more or only take a little bit. We need to choose what we want and how much of it we want to deal with in life. Whether you decide to sit with the sinners or praise with the believers or stand in the wrong crowd you get to choose. The rewards or consequences  will come at the end of your actions.
My pastor  also talked about how each one of the members of a church should bind like legos.Legos  are made to come together, they fit like a perfect match. We are to come together and represent as Gods people of the Church and show that God lives in us as well as true sacrafies are made to God and nothing else can stand in the way. ~This is my writing assignment for school today~

Alice Tukerfield  “Alicer Tucker”

 

 

 

Alice Tuckerfield was an English girl from London. If I saw her in person and was to tell you what she looked like I would say she was a brown eyed beauty with dark brown hair and a petit face. Alice had two things she loved in her life, her adoring father and her talent of singing like an Angel.

Her small two person family was very happy and nothing ever went wrong in there lives, but one day while she was in a big green tree she had a look on her face like he just saw someone get murdered when that is exactly what happened her father was. She was a young sweet innocent girl who was terrified and now had no family. She decided to travel to York to the Cathedral where they served to the homeless. That night Alice was wet, cold and frightened from traveling in a dark and wet storm. A young boy named Orlando ran into her so he took Alice in to be a choirboy. How could this happen, she’s a girl? Well they cut her long, gorgeous, brown, shiny hair and made it raged, short, and dark. She had no home so she had to play along. She was lying to all the teachers, Dames, and cooks. The only reason they believed her and the other choirboys was because one, they had over one hundred other boys, two she had a voice from God that could go high and low when it needed to, and three she sort of looked like a boy with her skinny legs and scruffy old leggings and a big shirt, that she had borrowed from the other boys.          

Alice Tuckerfield was very talented in all she did, smart in her academics and very gifted at playing instruments. Whenever she had a private lesson with Mr. Kenton he was in awe of her. Its like her just can naturally play the virginals and sing with beauty and pureness. When ever she was put on the spot to sing in front of the teachers or the other boys she was terrified, you could say she had stage fright and as well as everyone finding out her real identity. That is why she always tries to keep to herself because if someone would find out, she would be chase out of the county!

Alice Tuckerfield is a happy yet scared, short and skinny, smart and talented, brown eyed beauty who loves to sing , a lying 11yr. old who is just trying to stay in a home and not get hurt. Alice Tuckerfield is a girl posing to be a choirboy, a friendly friend, and a hardworking eleven year old girl.

So today we were super busy, again!!  I had dance at 2:15 to 4:30 , then of course soccer from 5:30 to 7:00
I don't really have much to talk about but dance was awesome and we learned new things and a new dance. Soccer was the bomb, but we did a lot of running, but i guess that's soccer right.
Oh and i did school with my brother, Ryan and my sister Ashlynn. They are so smart its amazing. My sister does amazing circles for only being 2 yrs. old. Ryan is really smart and can draw like lines really well, oh and he colors in the lines,for the most part.

So i was thinking about writing a different verse everyday that portrays to my day . I want you guys to comment and tell me your verse that fit your day as well :) PLEASE!!

So today mine was : Eccl. 3:12- " I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one's lifetime."

-So i found out awesome news! I am playing soccer for AYSO :) I was suppose t be playing 14U but there were there were some switches made and now Im playing 16U. Im yet very excited ,but i know ill be playing with some older girls and some more mature. My main goal is to play soccer and play for the Lord.I want to keep my eye on Him and not other things.

- I am still dancing and i love it. Its a way to express what i am feeling and another way to show what good God is. The beauty of dance is from Him and created by Him. I dance for the best teacher in the world she teaches us to be dance and love the Lord doing it!

-Vacation!(for 3 days) im down with my grandparents helping them look for furniture for their new home.Please Pray for them to that they will settle nicely :)

Okay so do day was super busy.
First we had to go get new ballet clothes because I started ballet today!Speaking of starting class today... it was so so much fun! I got my pekay turns down and learned a new combo for the stretch and technequie class, plus i did middle slpits in the air:) Oh and i did excersise without the bar today,talk about balance.
I love the fact that I can dance for the Lord, to the Lord. The dance studio i am with is a Christian based studio. We focus on giving all the glory to Him. We dance as a message from Christ. Ballet is beauty within strength.

Okay so today was really exciting and interesting :) All I need to say was I am growing so much stronger in my faith and now satin is trying to tempt me with something in the past. It is so hard but I am comfortable in God’s direction and I know God will guide me His way.
~I just wanted to say that even if you are strong in your faith with the Lord, satin is always ready to attack at the right moment and even though your strength is strong satin is always going be there.~

"No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."

~Another lesson I learned today was that even those less fortunate than you , you should always give to them more that receive for yourselves.~

Deuteronomy 15: 7-11 says " If there is a poor man among your brother in any towns of the land that the Lord your God is giving you, do not be hard hearted or tightfisted toward your poor brother. Rather be openhanded and freely lend him whatever he needs. "

Today was church. The lesson we did today was on the names of the Lord and trusting him in all things!

   - Eternal Father
   - Prince of Peace

-We also talked about the Assyrians on what they did to the slaves. On how the kings their called themselves a mighty king or the king of the world or even the king of the universe.No they are not! The Lord our God is the King of the universe. He created the heavens and the earth. He let us have breathe. -Well tomorrow we start our home school journey again. This time it is 9th grade. We are using Sonlight  Curriculum. We did Sonlight last year for 8th grade and I think we may have used it for 7th grade as well.My mom said it is very good and has a lot of reviews. I really like it but the only think for me is that there is so much reading, but you know lately i have been enjoying reading.Sonlight has really helped my reading comphrehension and has helped me enjoy reading more.
