Meat loaf recipe
Servings: 10-12

Qty. Ingredients

2lb. Ground beef

3/4c. Oatmeal
(or you can use bread crumbs)
1 Onion (chopped)

1/2c. Catsup

1/4c. Milk

2 Eggs

1tsp. Salt

1/4tsp.Pepper

Extra 1/2 c Catsup and 2 tbsp. brown sugar for topping

(spoon over 1/2c. Catsup + 2tbsp.Brown sugar)

1. Mix the ingredients together, shape into two meat loaves (about 7" x 4").

2. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.

3. Mix the spoon over Catcup and Brown sugar then spread over meatloaves

4. Bake another 10 min. (slice and serve with mashed potatoes and green peas)
