5-6Answer this question: Does the God who lavishly provides you with his own presence, his Holy Spirit, working things in your lives you could never do for yourselves, does he do these things because of your strenuous moral striving or because you trust him to do them in you? Don't these things happen among you just as they happened with Abraham? He believed God, and that act of belief was turned into a life that was right with God. Think about it. What mighty things could we do without God? Nothing, right. We might think we are doing something on our own but even our own strength and every ability comes from God. From our fantastic design to every other thing we do. Just think of our bodies. Hands in just the right position to do what we need to do, fingers so we can do things, pick up things. Etc. etc.! How much more can he do the things we cannot do. IF we trust him to do it for us and in us, anything is possible. So then rest in God and put your complete trust in him, he will NEVER fail you if you do this. Guaranteed. http://www.easy-homeschooling.com |
