About Me:

We're a homeschooling family who loves to travel. My husband, Rob, works at a university and this has enabled us to see many different countries. We have 4 boys. They are Robby-11, Justin-10, Alex-7, and Connor-5. I write this blog from the perspective of a Catholic, American woman adjusting to living in Saudi Arabia. I know that other people have been curious about what it is like for a Western woman here. So, I am very honest in sharing my own experiences and feelings about it. Sometimes, I do get it wrong and I do appreciate comments if my perceptions are incorrect. One of the reasons I love living here is that I learn something new every day. Looks like a fun party. Rishi was a vampire too, but we had to paint his fangs on, and he wasn't completely satisfied with the results. Where did you get the fake fangs for Connor? Rishi had fun too at our campus Halloween event. We didn't have pumpkins, but the organizers managed to round up squashes of various shapes which the kids got to decorate and paint. They also did pumpkin crafts and cookie decorating. We had a good time.
