When I’m done putting everything in the basket I wrap them with some cellophane and tie it close at the top with some pretty ribbon.  I attach an ornament the kids made and some candy canes.

Something I’m making for my littles this year.  It is taking mostly time since I picked up most of the fabrics and trims from garage sales and thrift stores.

I picked up 2 cowboy hats, knights helmet, Spiderman mask and gloves, batman mask and gloves, power rangers mask and gloves, some tiaras, jewelry, purse, boa, wands, wigs, angel wings and I got some animal costumes all of this stuff from the clearance racks after Halloween.

I’m also making dd a bed set for her toddler bed.  It will contain a fleece blanket, comforter, pillows, pillowcase, sheet, and curtain.  I may make a bed skirt if I have enough fabric left.

I’m also making ds3 a set for his big boy bed.

A few years ago I made each of the grandparents a scrapbook photo album and every year I make a few more pages for them to put in.  This is always a big hit with them.  I also have the kids make something special for each grandparent.  This year they are doing the pages.  They are putting their handprint and a special note on one page and the other page they are putting photos of them with the grandparent.
