Menu Plan Monday
You'll notice some repeats from last week. LOL Dh was kind enough to take us out to eat once and one night I made such a huge amount of dinner it ended up being 2 nights dinner. That is what happens when you let me cook in a foggy state of mind and I don’t bother measuring. I also wanted to add that the menu isn’t in any certain order. I just pick something off the menu to cook until all the choices are gone. I like to cook what I’m in the mood for. I’ve tried to assign days to meals but I would never follow it and I got discouraged with menu planning. Therefore I do it this way now and it has really been much more beneficial to my budget. Breakfast
- oatmeal, fruit
- cereal, fruit
- eggs, toast, sausage
- bagels, fruit
- pumpkin muffins, fruit
- bagel sandwiches
- cereal, fruit
Lunch
- leftover dinner
- grilled cheese and tomato soup
- tuna helper, sm. Salad
- ramean noodles, peas, pb sandwich
- chicken nuggets, fries, green beans
- ham rollups, chips, fruit
- lunch out with the kids
Dinner
- Joan’s meatloaf, mashed pot, corn on the cob
- taco, Spanish rice, refried beans,
- chili, cornbread
- honey baked chicken II, stuffing, carrots
- easy oven barbecued pork chops, fried potatoes, zucchini and summer squash
- fish, rice, broccoli
- homemade pizza
