Is anybody else seeing some scheduling conflicts here? I'm going to have to do some fancy foot work to get through this week. And no, dh can't help he has school during the day and work in the afternoon.
Brilliant me decided to do a freezer session today and I'm in the process of making frying up 20lbs. of ground beef to be used for tacos, beef strognaff, sloppy joes, spagehitti sauce, easy noodle bake, and some left plain for whatever. I'm also making freezer biscuits, flaky freezer biscuits, bread dough for the freezer. Let's see I'm also making pumpkin muffins, zuchinni bread, rice mixes, pancakes mix, and oatmeal mixes. Don't forget about mount laundry that has been neglected most of this week and all the house work. I really think I need a clone. All I have to say is I'm severly underpaid. LOL Somehow I always get it done by God's grace.
I have some pictures I want to get posted from this last week. Hopefully I'll get to that soon. I better get back to work now.
Have a blessed week!
