I feel very sad today because I have found out that someone has uploaded a unit I created to another group/site.  The thing that saddens me is there is no mention of where they got the file, nor did they ask permission to post it.  I have always willing shared my work with others and have gladly given permission to several people to post it to their site.  I work hard on these units and lapbooks.  All I want is the courtesy of acknowledgement for my work.  I am seriously questioning if I want or should continue to share them so freely.  This is definitely something I'm going to have to pray about.

I have never put the copyright on the pages I create so that it would look nice for your notebooks but I guess I will have to from now on.  And just so you know it is not necessary by law to add the copyright to something for it to be copyrighted.  Here is a site that gives a simple explanation.
