Update on previous post

I just wanted to let you all know that the person has contacted me and apologized.  It was simply a case of not knowing.  Everything has been corrected and resolved.  I'm very grateful for their willingness to rectify the situation.  Thank you all for your prayers and advise concerning this matter.

I'm really glad that the person was honest enough to rectify the situation and has apologized to you. This seems to be getting to be a big problem. I recently joined a Yahoo User group briefly and noticed a lot of files seemed to be being used without permission and I turned around and unjoined. I have been protecting myself by putting the copy right on the bottom of pages I make, but I know how you feel about wanting them to look nice, but unfortunately, that is sometimes taken advantage of.
