Storing Convenience mixes
Someone asked so I thought I'd share how I store all those mixes. The best way is to just show ya.
These are what I use to hold the bags of mixes. I put an index card on the outside of some with instructions on how to make it when I'm ready. I use to use brown lunch bags with the recipe written on the outside but it just kept making my cupboard look messy. I also use these to hold things that come in bags. For my homemade biscuit mix I use a large ice cream bucket to store it and I keep it next to the baking supplies. I found these at the Dollar General. They don't exactly match my kitchen but they serve their purpose well. |
