I see that "hair dye" in the mix of your groceries from Kmart!! LOL You trying to hide something!?! LOL

I shouldn't give you a hard time, but it is hard not too!

Oh the main reason for commenting....You did great with your shopping and menu!! :) Now where do I find the recipe for the salsa chicken?? I have chicken and a jar of salsa that I bought cheap!! Is there anything else I need for the recipe?? Where and how long do I cook it??

Great Plan!
I just finished purchasing lots of meat on sale and have been freezing meals galore. I try to go shopping every two weeks but we always seem to run out of milk or run out of room in the fridge for everything!

First, the Kmart around here does not have food like that, the pork is a great find.
Second, can you please give me the mini-cheddar meatloaf recipe? Sounds like something my crew would try.
Thanks!

Now Sonshine you weren't suppose to notice that. LOL Yes I have gray hair. I knew I should have skipped that. LOL As for the salsa chicken. I pour the salsa on the chicken and throw it in the oven. A few minutes before its done I sprinkle cheese on it. I serve it with sour cream. It works best with chicken breast but you can use other cuts of chicken just make sure to remove the skin and fat otherwise it turns out kind of gross.

Anon. this is the meatloaf recipe that I use http://homeparents.about.com/od/meatloafrecipes/r/ched_meatloaf.htm the only thing is the first time I made it I didn't read the recipe through. So I added everything into the mix and it was a little soupy. LOL I just added some Italian bread crumbs and a little more oatmeal to give it some structure. And baked it like that. The kids loved it so that is how I make it every time now. LOL I usually triple the recipe and freeze the extras. Works great for a quick meal.
