Sep. 13, 2008 - Little House Gold Rush - Our Week in Review
This year we are studying the Little House on the Prairie books. We are using the Prairie Primer, My Little House Primer and a Lapbook we found here. We are part of a GREAT co-op that meets once a month and then we have field trips once a week. The goal is to read one little house book per month throughout the year. We are not quite moving at that pace since my daughter is only 6. The wrap up field trip for Little House in the Big Woods (well….we are not wrapping it up, but the others are) was a Gold Rush party. Karen the leader of our group did such an awesome job of putting this together and my daughter had such a great time.
