Assignment 14

Posted in Assignments
Cryptography comes from the Greek words kryptos (hidden) and graphia (writing) and pertains to studying and deciphering codes. Codes have been used throughout history as a means to rely messages and information.  There are some standard codes that are free for everyone to learn and use such as Morse code, shorthand and signal flags.  Then there are encrypted codes that you must have the ‘key’ to read the messages.

Make up your own secret code and write a brief message using it.  Be sure to post your code along with your message so that others may decipher what you have written.  You may use letter, symbols, numbers or, if you are really ambitious pictures.
