Our Grass Hut in growing!!!

Last Wednesday we started this project. Look at the previous post for a link with the directions. I wasn't sure how long it would take to begin to grow .... but.....

....by Friday this was happening......

...and this was taken this morning. The kids think it is great!! What fun. This project really does work and is very easy!!!! Try it.

Well I am looking out the window and there is lots of snow. It is very windy and there is lots of blowing snow. It looks beautiful but I am glad to be in my warm house. Today will be a relaxed school day - some reading , some math and writing. We will do some more fun crafts today to get ready for Easter!!

How cool is that!?!?! It's a chia-house. ha ha Remember those?!? I'm sure the boys are having a blast watering the house. You should make hair buddies to go beside them (plant grass seed in a styrofoam cup and paint a face on the front - simply watch their hair grow). We love making those. Well, when we make our house, I'll post photos for you to see. Cool idea, thanks.

your house looks great!! we havent started ours yet, silly me listened to my momwho said "oh dad has some grass seeds so you dont have to buy a whole big bag of it, ill just get ya that" uh huh, ill be lu cky to ever see it! lol. it looks like somuch fun, i cant wait to get it started!! oh, and i know what you mean about that song on my blog, isnt it an awesome song!! God is truely SO AWESOME!!! i like the song you have on here too! i love music! i wish you could pick a bunch of songs to go over and over on the blog instead of jsut one, lol
