Pacifying a situation

Back in 2005, I signed up to sell Skin care under a very dishonest consultant back in SC. Since that time, I have moved on with my business. I have re-signed under a new unit out here in middle TN and am loving it. However, this former consultant found out that I am selling here and has tried to make some trouble for me.
