I was offered a teaching position with Wilton today.  This was such a surprise for me.  While I know how to make cakes (basically self taught after the first class), I really didn't think they would officially hire me because I had not taken all four classes.  However, they liked my work and I received the official phone call today.  What is so neat is that I can pick my own days and hours.  I start teaching in January.  This also open us many opportunities for making cakes in the community.  I am really excited!!!
