waiting, listening, and setting my sights on Him
Tonight in the quiet I am waiting,
not for the baby chicks and ducks.
They have all hatched.
But I am waiting on Him,
the maker of eggshells and the maker of me.
Listening
in the silence
turning my compass to ever follow Him
