Jul. 9, 2008 - WAIT!!! the Declaration of Independence has four new members

This week for school we've been talking about "The Declaration of Independence" and how the people who signed the "Declaration of Independence" were in great danger, including there families. We read an article by an unknown author and got these facts: Five signers were captured by the British and terribly tortured as traitors. Nine fought in war for Independence and died from wounds or from hardships they suffered. Two lost there sons in the army and another two had there sons captured. At least a dozen out of fifty- six had their homes and properties destroyed.

Like I said, the signers of the Declaration put there live in great danger JUST to sign a piece of paper. But if you think about it they signed this paper to give us our freedom and if they didn't do so then England would still rule over us. (And I wouldn't like that one bit.)

Ok, now you’re probably wondering why I titled this post ”WIAT!!! The Declaration of Independence has four new members". Well, I titled it because my mom copied the Declaration of Independence and my siblings and I had to sign our name nice just like the original signers did. Do you want to hear something really cool? John Hancock was one of the first people to sign the Declaration of Independence; when he signed it he signed his name in big print so that the British could read his name WHITHOUT spectacles.

May. 13, 2008 - A awesome week!!

This week is going to be awesome! It started off on Monday. We had to go to Della's therapy (which is an hour and 15 minute drive.) and to her eye appointment. And all of it counted as school. Then today is easy on school. Like when I blog it counts as my writing. And I don’t really know what we're doing today. Anyways let’s get back on track. Ok, then tomorrow is still easy on school. Then on Thursday is well you should know by now. (yep, easy on school again.) Last but never least is FRIDAY!!! And on that day we are off of school (Until July.) and going to the movies (With our school group.) to the one And only CUT!!!! You really don’t want to know do you? Oh for crying out loud I’ll just tell you. It’s NARNIA PRINCE CASTPIAN. Is that just AWESOME or... not. Anyways I think I’ve talked your ear off by now.

May. 6, 2008 - Our Garden

Today my mom told us to write a report on are garden in description. And when I was done she said that I did a beautiful job. And siad that she would post some of it on her blog. So I told her that since she was going to post some of it on her blog I would do all of it on my blog. So here it is.

Our garden is growing. It gets bigger every day. We have our christmas tree it's branches strech out as if it wore to reach out to you and hug you. The sunflowers are lying down as if to go to sleepand never wake up. Our little rose bushes are growing as if never to stop and touch the clouds. There is a plant that looks like thousands of thick grass blades put together. We also have two little Lavenders that are like little babys wanting to strech for the sky in one day and bloom but nows it can't do it yet. The beans are growing but needing some support like a baby needing help to walk. Then our peas are climbing as if once they reach the top they'll still climb entill they reach the moon. Next the black eye suzen is like a pile of green soft leaves. We have the rodimdrum that the stem is wood and the plant looks like bamboom. There's a type of plant that it's leaves are pionty as if to prick you if you dare come close. Last but not least is the straw berrys. They are growing taller than ever streching high groing left and right what a beautiful site.

And thats what our garden looks like . And it will keep growing.

May. 2, 2008 - An awesome Fieldtrip

Our co-op went on a fieldtrip (Make that 2 fieldtrips.) The first place we went to was the Krohn Conservatory Butterfly Show. It was so much fun.( and hot) The cool part was that they even have a butterfly hospital. I never heard of having a hospital for butterflies. They had several sections, a desert house with lizards in it, an Orchid display, a Butterfly Nursery, a Bonsai Display, an art gallery, a Tropical house, and last but not least was the main area where all the butterflies were at.

Next we were off to the Cincinnati Art Museum. We saw all kinds of interesting art and sculptures. There was this one painting that was painted by a man in a wheel chair and has 102 colors on the picture. If you step a bit away from the picture it looked like a man. But if you get really close to it it looks like…well nothing. There was also a painting that Mary Cassatt painted.

Oh yeah, and the rules there was no taking pictures of anything that is 1978 and newer, but you can take pictures that are older then 1978. It turned out to be an awesome fieldtrip. (And an awesome day)

Feb. 13, 2008 - Sick

Today we did school. (BORING ) And of course we are sick ( BLE!!!!) Della, my sister is not feeling so well. She has been in bed pretty much all day and is in bed right now. Yes, I am sick to along with my mom and my little sister. My birthday party is in 3 more days and my sister will be 3 years old as well. And one more thing I totally forgot to tell you…what I got for my birthday. I'll just tell you now. I got a Britt Nicole CD, a Barlow Girl CD, a Devotion book, a gift from my sister, two gift cards (one is for Wal-Mart and one for Barnes and Nobles) and last is a scrap booking kit ( which was my favorite gift ). Well I got to go. See ya.

Feb. 10, 2008 - Helping hand

I had a very good Sunday. Today my mom was not feeling well (did I mention my mom works with one of the 4 year old classes at church on Sunday morning) so she asked me to help her in her class. Now who would not want to help out 14 cute, adorable, loving, sharing and fun 4 year olds? (Ok, some people maybe not want to help out but I just plainly love working with little kids.) And now the best part is that Miss Jenny (she is the assistant director of the preschool area) offered to let me help out with the little kids whenever my mom goes in to teach. Of course you can't work with little kids until your in 6th grade, but I just got away with it. Well today was so much fun and tomorrow will be also . Got to go. See ya

Feb. 5, 2008 - My Birthday!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is my birthday. I'll be 11 years old!!! Yippee!! My mom is going to fix Chinese for dinner. I am also going to have a chocolate cake (Yum yum yum). I am having A birthday party with my youngest sister; it is called Nancy Drew meets Pooh. I love Nancy Drew and my sister loves Winnie the pooh. I can't wait!!!!Got to go. See ya.

Jan. 28, 2008 - A very good week

The past couple of weeks have been very good.To begin, last Tuesday we went to a Building 429 concert ( It was free also). We had so much fun. Then the next day I went over to a friends house for a play date and she also took me out to church and we played games but it stunk when I had to go home. Then on Friday I went ice skating with our school group and had so much fun. And on the way home we stopped by the store and bought a webkinz . And that was our week. Well got to go. See ya

Today was crazy. Woke up ate breakfest went to pick up a friend to take to church. Got to church a little late. Came back home played and played with my friend somehow baked two batchs of cookies and then she went home and had a great day. Got to go

Dec. 17, 2007 - It's all about fun

Today was half fun and half boring. And the boring part came first. It was taking my brother to his appiontment ( boring ). ( Yes we do have a lot of appiontments in are family ) But then the fun began we went to pizza hut for lunch, then to wal-mart to get some presnents we got my dad's my sisters and my other sister and for me but then the fun was over we also had to get grocies ( wicth is the boringest thing in the hole wide world ) and look for some other ( boring) things. Then to sam's ( the only part that I like about sam's is that they give out samples of food ) to get more things. And then the fun started to spark up. We went to the party store to find some plates and beleive it or not it was fun ( Finally) . And also my sister got her appliance out ( an appliance is somthing to help out people with habits like my sister she had a habit of sucking on her thumb ) she's had it in for 3 months ( WOW!!) and the last fun thing is watching a movie " The Never Ending Story " it sounds good so I can hardly wait!!!!!. Dec. 16, 2007 - So much fun

Today I went to my friends house to have a sleepover. ( Well it ended up to be a two night sleepover) I also hepled them make a ginger bread house and ate the best cherry covered in chococolate in history.( did I menchen that it was my very first cherry coverd in chococolate ate) I also had a chococolate chip cookie whith some candy. And went outside in the snow to through snow balls at each ether. Anyways I have to go. See ya.

Today my mom and my brother went to an appiontment while me and my two sisters stayed home whith my dad. We played some things and talked ( Even though my little sister didn't now what we were talking about ) and now we are waiting for my mom to get back. Well got to go see ya.

Today I got sick ( YUCK) my dad was home so I didn't have to go to her apointment thankfuly . But I stil had to go to the store whith him.Three place's two were far but one was close. ( It was wal-mart ) Then went out to eat at chick-fil-a. It was good ( yum!!!) then came home ( ough ya did I menchen the best part it was getting presents from my grandma and grandpa) and boy was I glad or what to be at home. Well I got to go see ya.

I had a great day today because. I went to the zoo it was fun. We did not do much because we went there to pretty much just see birds. And agian I got a easy day I just had to do my Grammer and spelling wich I never got around to doing.{ ell well} Anyways. I had a great day.

Well today we did school like any kid. I got off easy Today because I just had to do math and spellingthen we went to co-op thats were we go to are friends house to study a book and do crafts and eat lunch.
