January 9, 2009 - Starting LOTR
I have been wanting to post this forever, but it would have never been true until now. I have started the Fellowship of the Ring! I've been waiting to read the LOTR books for a long time, but I had always had to many books piled up on top of each other waiting to be read. When I finally finished all those books I needed another book to read. A good one. A fantasy. One with lots of description. The Fellowship was the perfect choice! :)
I look forward to knowing a little bit more about what a lot of people here on HSB love.

The Lord of the Rings are not only good for entertainment, but if you want to be a writer, these books can really influence your writing for the better.
I started reading the Lord of the Rings when I was younger and have read it many times.
Great choice on a book to read!
