Shell classifications sketch
Posted in Samples of Work
Yesterday, Ally picked out a few of the shells that we found, identified them using our Audubon guide, and sketched them.
Here are here sketches:

Her favorite is the blood ark. She liked the way it looked.
Ally would like me to add a disclaimer here:
She states that she is a bit embarrassed by me putting these on my blog because she claims that she did not do her best work, but simply sketched them hurriedly.
I think they look just fine, but added her disclaimer to please her. *Ü*
You're welcome, Ally. (I love you, dear)

Hi Christina. My name is Corinna and I am new to blogging and looking for some blogging friends. I have been married for 8 years to an amazing husband. We have 2 great children. Faith is 6 and Matthew is 5. I have been homeschooling for 2 years now and enjoy it. We currently live in Tallahassee where everything is starting to bloom and it is beautiful but will probably be making a move soon. We are not a military family but my sister is. Her husband is a marine and currently is serving 6 months in Iraq. This is his 3rd time over. They were living in Slidell, LA when Hurricane Katrina destroyed their home so he got shipped to NC and sent off. My sister is living by my other sister in Ormond Beach, FL with their 2 daughters. She does not homeschool. I love being with our children. I love nurturing them to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. It's a great feeling. Well, would love to hear from you. Corinna

I loved your shell sketches and photos of your beachschooling adventures. What a wonderful idea.
We live about 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean. After looking at your great ideas, we will implement them in our homeschool.
I hope to join your military homeschooling webgroup. My husband is retired Air Force. Our oldest son is in the Marines.
Many blessings in Christ, Susan
