The younger ones announced Saturday

that they would love to paint

so we put a tablecloth on the table

and set them up with what they needed...

It was a joy to see how much they enjoyed themselves...

They were eager to share their paintings, too...

Here are their final paintings...

As the younger ones painted,

Ally sat at the kitchen counter crocheting...

She is hoping to make a type of crochet quilt

with the multi-color squares and corresponding color squares...

It was an enjoyable day!
