Fun, Fellowship, and Fall Cookies...

Today we went to a friend's house
to let the children make some fall cookies.
The older girls rolled out the dough...
Cut them, baked them, and took them out to cool...
After they were cooled,
the younger ones had a fun time icing them...
They used their fingers to spread on the icing.
It reminded me of finger painting and looked like lots of fun.
They (and I) were proud of their 'masterpieces'...
And, of course, you can't make and decorate cookies
without eating them, too...
The children also spent time outside playing
and inside fellowshipping (as did the mamas).
It was a wonderful day.
I was reminded to thank the Lord today for special friends.

I loved the pictures. Especially the one of your little one with her lips pooched out as though she was thinking. LOL That was cute.

you and sister and brother made cookies,you had fun too,but I was able to

HEY, YOU'VE BEEN WAY TOO QUIET ON HERE LATELY. AND.....WHERE'S Y0UR MENU POSTING? I LOOKED THE OTHER DAY AND DIDN'T SEE IT YET.
I HOPE YOU ENJOYED SHOPPING AT MY MOST FAVORITE CLOTHING STORE. I AM BEING GOOD AND HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN A WHILE, BUT RANDA AND I DID GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE YESTERDAY FOR HAIRSPRAY AND GEL. WE HAD TO HAVE IT FOR SUNDAY MORNING YOU KNOW!!! YIKES!
