It looks like your young lad there is flipping off the camera. I don't know how it could be interpreted otherwise. You may want to post some caption under the picture to explain it, or maybe choose another picture

I'm so sorry that you perceived the picture that way. My son is not doing any obcene hand gestures. He is simply holding his unwrapped Cow Tail between his middle finger and his thumb.
